We know that travel plans can sometimes change. That's why we offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Please simply send us your cancellation in writing by email to office@alpenfels.at – we will confirm it immediately.

In case of later cancellations (less than 30 days before arrival) or in case of a no-show, we will have to charge the full booking amount, as in most cases the apartment cannot be re-rented. We ask for your understanding – with this policy, we want to create planning security for both parties. To ensure you are well covered in the event of an emergency, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
